Lily 9x12 Oil

A red lilly to go with our bathroom motife! We had an arrangement of fake lilly's in our master bath that was arranged by my mother in law and we thought what would be better than a painting on one to complement.

A study of a sycamore leaf!

Twin Trees 6x8 Oil

These two sycamores from just before autumn were right next to each other and from on angle looked to be so identical. Sure there are differences but still had a story to tell. Some of the leaves had already started turning when I did this one.

Superman Highlight 6x8 Oil

A highlighted saturated painting of Superman from the Superman Returns movie. I had seen a movie poster done like this sometime before the movie came out and it gave me the idea to do a painting similar to that.

Agua Caliente Park Plein Air 9x12 Oil

We decided to take a day at the park and watch and feed the ducks. Megan and I picknicked for the afternoon and as the sun was getting ready to set, she layed back and began to read a book while I painted. It was early November when I did this so the ducks had since left to a warmer area of the park by this point. I had hoped to have had some of them in the painting. Maybe next time.

Stone Henge 12x24 Oil

Stone Henge, a place I've had a fascination with all my life. I wanted to present it onto canvas originally to fit into an opening on a shelf that was only as big as the canvas. since then I've decided to keep this one with many others for my home show this summer!!

Phantom of the Opera 8x10 Oil

A portrait of the Phantom and Christine from the movie adaptation of the play Phantom of the Opera. I had alot of fun doing this one, and it brought great joy to me. Not as much joy as it brought my fiance Megan though since she is a huge phantom fan!!!
